We collect personal information such as names, contact details, NDIS-related data (including support or health records), and other allied health documentation needed for assessments and therapy.

We collect information directly from you through forms on our website, email, or during therapy and assessment sessions.

We use your information to deliver therapy, functional capacity assessments, behaviour support, and to manage bookings, reporting, and communication.
5. How we use and disclose information
Your personal information may be shared with relevant NDIS staff or support coordinators to provide your services—but only with your consent or as required by law. We do not disclose your data overseas.
6. Security and retention
We protect your data with secure storage and limit access to authorised staff only. We keep your information only as long as needed for service provision, after which it is securely deleted or destroyed.
7. Access and correction
You have the right to access or request corrections to your personal information. Please contact us to request this, and we’ll respond within a reasonable timeframe.
8. Complaints
If you believe your privacy has been mishandled, please contact us. If unresolved, you can lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) OAIC+1.
